Once upon a time, there lived a girl named Ella. Ella lived in big house with her step-mom and step-sisters Drissela and Bella. Ella loved gadgets. She used to watch TV and play games every time. One day Ella asked her step-mom for a phone, ‘’Mom can you buy me a phone please?” Step-mom said, “Oh, Ella you are asking me for the fourth or fifth time” Ella said, “But I really want a phone”. Step-mom said “ok I will try”. As it was night and time for dinner so Ella, Bella, Drissela and her stepmom ate dinner and slept. In the morning, when Ella woke up, she saw a present lying on the side table. She opened it and there it was, her own personal phone! Ella went running downstairs and hugged her stepmom. After seeing this, Bella and Drissela were disappointed, jealous and angry at Ella and stepmom. Bella said “Ella!! How could you not think about us? Give that phone to me, or else….” Stepmom said, “Now, now girls be quiet, stop complaining and go inside.” After that conversation Drissela and Bella made Ella do all their work. They were very rude and angry with her. They never used to like Ella and were really jealous of her after she got her new phone. One day, Ella went to the market to buy some vegetables. There was announcement made by the prince for a party. Ella went home and told this to her stepmom. She agreed and gave her the permission to go. When Ella got ready and was coming downstairs, she overheard her mom telling Drissela and Bella to stay at home as a punishment. But then, Ella said “No! Mother. Why are you telling them to stay home? If Drisella & Bella will not go. I will also not go”. The sisters & their mother were really touched by this and Mom said to Bella and Drissella, “Look how kind is your sister even when you are so rude to her”. That’s when Drissela and Bella realized their mistake and said, “Sorry, Ella, we really misbehaved with you. Please forgive us. We were really jealous of you, because you had the phone and we did not have it”. Ella said, “I forgive you and we can always share everything.” Step-mom said, “See, this is what we should learn from Ella. We should always trust our family members as they would always wish well for us.” The three sisters went for the party that evening and had a wonderful time enjoying together.
